What Blue light above the knob
actually means.
The Eagle One sits in stand-by with its panel lights off. Pressing a knob wakes it: a blue light shows above the knob and the back lights come on, fading out after about 20 seconds if nothing else happens.

What to do when Blue light above the knob shows on the grillKind of codeMode, not a failure
Nothing on the grill has failed; the controller is showing a state it was put in on purpose. A shutdown cycle keeps the fan running to burn off the last pellets before the grill goes quiet, a keep-warm setting holds the cook box low, a demo mode lights the display without feeding fuel, and a pairing screen waits for a phone to connect. No part is needed; the button sequence in the manual, or simply letting the cycle finish, returns it to normal.

Shows up asGrill Error Code on a Pellet Controller or Digital Panel
A grill error code shows as letters and numbers on a pellet grill controller, a flashing light on a digital control panel, or an alert in the maker's app paired with the grill.

Before you book,
in this order.
Each step comes from Twin Eagles's own guidance for Blue light above the knob on its grills. Follow it to the end: the last card says whether this is a visit.
Press in a knob to wake the grill and watch for the blue light.
Light the burner as usual once the igniter glows.
If no blue light appears, check the GFCI outlet and the power switch light, then book a visit if power is fine.
Cleared?
The code is gone from the controller, the grill climbs to its set heat and holds it through a full cook, the pellets keep dropping and the probe readings stay believable, all without a new part. If the same code comes back within a week, or after the next rain, mention it when you book.
What not to do
The blue light is not a temperature reading; the colors that follow it are. Lights fading after 20 seconds is the stand-by feature, not a loss of power.

A booking with a code goes further when it has the code copied exactly, the model and serial from the rating label, and a word on whether the grill still lights, heats or feeds pellets. With those three the office can match the likely part to your grill the same day.
