What Six flame-intensity LEDs
actually means.

These lights follow the knob, not the temperature. Twin Eagles uses them in the lighting steps too: turn the knob until all the bezel LEDs are lit and hold it in until the burner catches.

What to do when Six flame-intensity LEDs shows on the grill

Before you book,
in this order.

Each step comes from Twin Eagles's own guidance for Six flame-intensity LEDs on its grills. Follow it to the end: the last card says whether this is a visit.

01

When lighting, turn the knob until all six LEDs are lit and hold it in for about 5 seconds after the igniter glows.

02

Use the LED count to match settings across burners.

03

If the LEDs respond but the burner will not light within 5 seconds, turn it off, wait five minutes and book a visit if it happens again.

Cleared?

The code is gone from the controller, the grill climbs to its set heat and holds it through a full cook, the pellets keep dropping and the probe readings stay believable, all without a new part. If the same code comes back within a week, or after the next rain, mention it when you book.

What not to do

The flame LEDs are the knob setting, not the heat reached. The bezel color and Temp Track show temperature.

All problems

No repair indicated

Nothing to repair.

Nothing on the grill has failed; the controller is showing a state it was put in on purpose. A shutdown cycle keeps the fan running to burn off the last pellets before the grill goes quiet, a keep-warm setting holds the cook box low, a demo mode lights the display without feeding fuel, and a pairing screen waits for a phone to connect. No part is needed; the button sequence in the manual, or simply letting the cycle finish, returns it to normal.

Questions
about Six flame-intensity LEDs.

Can I clear Six flame-intensity LEDs myself?
When lighting, turn the knob until all six LEDs are lit and hold it in for about 5 seconds after the igniter glows.
Why do I need all six LEDs lit to light an Eagle One burner?
Twin Eagles lights the burner at the high setting, which is where all six LEDs show. That gives the most gas at the igniter.
My Eagle One knob shows one LED but the burner seems hot. Why?
One LED is the low setting. A preheated grill stays hot for a while even on low.
Do the Eagle One LEDs work with the lights switched off?
Pressing a knob wakes the system and its bezel lights. The ambient and hood lights have their own switch.

Still showing Six flame-intensity LEDs?

A booking with a code goes further when it has the code copied exactly, the model and serial from the rating label, and a word on whether the grill still lights, heats or feeds pellets. With those three the office can match the likely part to your grill the same day.
