Look it up

How repairs are priced

Jobs from an igniter battery or an electrode up to a valve manifold or a pellet controller, the smallest first.

What to have
ready.

Any of these shortens the call. The brand and the model number decide whether the part comes on the first visit.

Or put them in the form

The model and serial

On the rating label under the control panel, inside the cart door or on the hopper; the serial decides which burner or valve fits.

Error codesThe code, if any

Two makers can print the same code for two unrelated parts.

ProblemsWhat the flame is doing

No spark, a spark and no flame, low heat, a yellow flame, a cold side, flare-ups, pellets not dropping.

What changed before it

A new tank or hose, a gas conversion, a long idle winter, a grease fire, a storm or a move to a new patio.

For the heart of your home.

Before
you call.

Are you connected to a grill maker?
No. We are an independent business, and no grill maker has any say in how we run it. A brand shown here tells you what we repair, not who we answer to.
I rent. Can I book a grill repair myself?
Yes. A grill built into the patio usually belongs to the property owner, while a cart grill may be yours, so settle who pays before the visit. Add the owner's or manager's details in the notes and they get the report too.
How do I reschedule a grill appointment?
Call the office with the service address and name a slot that suits you better; a gate code, a dog to keep inside or a note about parking can go on the same call.
Does asking a question about my grill cost anything?
No, questions are free. You see the trip fee in the booking form before sending it, and any repair is priced once the grill has been diagnosed, not added later to the invoice.
