What Burner N has no flame
actually means.

The controller watches each burner after lighting. When it cannot find a flame, whether the burner never caught or went out later, it closes that burner off and names it by number or as the top rotisserie burner.

What to do when Burner N has no flame shows on the grill

Before you book,
in this order.

Each step comes from Lynx's own guidance for Burner N has no flame on its grills. Follow it to the end: the last card says whether this is a visit.

01

Leave that burner off and wait five minutes before any other burner is lit.

Check the gas shutoff, the tank level and that the regulator hose is the Lynx one for your fuel.

03

If the burner still shows no flame with gas confirmed, book a visit to check the burner for blockages and the gas line to it.

What not to do

No flame is not the same as the igniter never heating; that has its own message. It also does not mean a gas leak, although a gas smell at the grill should always be treated as one.

Every code on this site is taken from the manufacturer's documentation, never from a forum or a parts listing. SmartGrill by Lynx built-in and freestanding heads (SMART30, SMART36, SMART42, with F suffix on the cart versions) speak this line through the grill and send the same text to the app. Lynx Professional and Sedona grills with ordinary knobs have no such messages.

Questions
about Burner N has no flame.

Can I clear Burner N has no flame myself?
Leave that burner off and wait five minutes before any other burner is lit. If it comes back, it needs a visit.
Does "Burner 4 has no flame" on a Lynx SmartGrill mean the rotisserie burner?
The manual says the message names burner 1, 2, 3 or the top burner, which is the rotisserie burner. Check which one the voice or app named before you look.
Why does my SmartGrill say has no flame after running fine for an hour?
A burner that goes out mid-cook, often from wind, a gust through the hood or a propane tank running dry, is reported the same way. The controller shuts the gas to it either way.
Can I relight right away after a no flame message?
Wait five minutes. Lynx asks for that pause even before lighting a different burner, so any gas already let out can clear.

A booking with a code goes further when it has the code copied exactly, the model and serial from the rating label, and a word on whether the grill still lights, heats or feeds pellets. With those three the office can match the likely part to your grill the same day.
