These lights follow the knob, not the temperature. Twin Eagles uses them in the lighting steps too: turn the knob until all the bezel LEDs are lit and hold it in until the burner catches. Twin Eagles grill display What to do when Six flame-intensity LEDs shows on the grill ### Kind of code Mode, not a failure Nothing on the grill has failed; the controller is showing a state it was put in on purpose. A shutdown cycle keeps the fan running to burn off the last pellets before the grill goes quiet, a keep-warm setting holds the cook box low, a demo mode lights the display without feeding fuel, and a pairing screen waits for a phone to connect. Follow it to the end: the last card says whether this is a visit. 01 When lighting, turn the knob until all six LEDs are lit and hold it in for about 5 seconds after the igniter glows. 02 Use the LED count to match settings across burners. 03 If the LEDs respond but the burner will not light within 5 seconds, turn it off, wait five minutes and book a visit if it happens again. ### Cleared? The code is gone from the controller, the grill climbs to its set heat and holds it through a full cook, the pellets keep dropping and the probe readings stay believable, all without a new part. Twin Eagles lights the burner at the high setting, which is where all six LEDs show. That gives the most gas at the igniter. ### My Eagle One knob shows one LED but the burner seems hot. Why? One LED is the low setting. A preheated grill stays hot for a while even on low. ### Do the Eagle One LEDs work with the lights switched off? Pressing a knob wakes the system and its bezel lights.
