A shutdown cycle keeps the fan running to burn off the last pellets before the grill goes quiet, a keep-warm setting holds the cook box low, a demo mode lights the display without feeding fuel, and a pairing screen waits for a phone to connect. Follow it to the end: the last card says whether this is a visit. 01 Use the LED count to set matching heat across zones instead of guessing from the knob position. 02 If no LEDs show, turn on the light switch, which also lights the knobs, panel and display. 03 If one knob shows lights but its burner does not respond, turn it off, wait five minutes and book a visit if it happens again. ### Cleared? The code is gone from the controller, the grill climbs to its set heat and holds it through a full cook, the pellets keep dropping and the probe readings stay believable, all without a new part. If the same code comes back within a week, or after the next rain, mention it when you book. ### What not to do The LED count is the knob position, not a temperature reading.
